Q: What are your return policies?

A: All returns have to be made within 20 days of purchase. If products were damaged after delivery, you can not return. Items must be delivered back to Bristial before return starts. If you would like a return or exchange, you can contact us by email with your name and order number; we will then process the return/exchange then.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Delivery varies with each item you purchase. Most items will be mailed 1 - 2 days after you've ordered, but some items, such as lockets, custom made or low stocked items, may take up to 30 days.

Q: Who will deliver my package?

A: We send all orders through USPS.

Q: Will I be charged for shipping?

A: Right now, Bristial is offering free shipping.

Q: I want to purchase an item, but I need it to be delivered as a gift. Is that possible?

A: Yes. Send us an email with your order number to

and make sure to state that you need it as a gift.

Q: Can I have a product custom made?

A: If you want us to create a product you have in mind, contact us. We can be reached by email, call, or text.

Q: Will my Egift card expire?

A: None of our gift cards expire.

Q: There is a product that I want, but I need it in a different color. Is that possible to get?

A: Purchase the item(s) you want. Email us with your order number, and let us know what color you would like it to be. Shipment may take longer.
